The premise

The problem was never the model. It was the person holding it.

Every serious AI failure of the last three years shared one pattern. The model worked. The person around it did not. Nobody had been taught to build systems instead of stacking tools, to think before they prompt, to verify before they ship, or to govern before they deploy. Nobody taught that. We had learned it in production. So we built Cohorte.
