The promise

You will ship a working system by week nine.

01

A working system.

Not a demo. A real AI system used at your company, measured and signed off by week nine of twelve.

02

A written record.

A scoping doc, a verification plan, and a governance runbook — the operating layer your team inherits.

03

Written feedback every week.

A mentor rubric on every exercise. Two paragraphs, not a score. The grade is the transcript we sign.

04

Support after you ship.

Twelve months of Engine Room membership, quarterly alumni sessions with CM, and a personal advisory call after graduation.

The curriculum

Four phases. One working system.

The curriculum is public. Every week has reading, an exercise, and a rubric. Biweekly mentor 1:1s keep you on track. The syllabus is versioned; each cohort ships a small improvement.

Scaling AI across a firm like PwC is where most organizations stall. Plenty of ambition, not enough system. Charafeddine built and led our AI Factory: the engine that turned ideas into dozens of shipped projects and doubled our AI capabilities in four months.
What graduates ship

Real systems. Real results.

Every graduate ships a working AI system. Here's what recent cohorts built.

I now ship resilient, layered systems. The LUMEN Framework gave me the architecture to move from one-off prompts to production-grade AI workflows.

Michael Zohner
CEO & Consultant · Market Intelligence Engine

I spend less time rewriting and more time refining and aligning stakeholders. The workflow turns messy multi-country notes into decision-ready versions in minutes.

D. G.
KM Senior Manager, PwC · Saves 4–6 hours/week

What started as “let me try ChatGPT” evolved into a structured methodology. The bootcamp gave me the framework to think systematically about AI.

Manoj Kumar
Customer Success · Onboarding playbooks, health scoring, escalation triage

How to get measurable value without harming reliability and auditability? I found the answer in this bootcamp. It's the system, the structure, and the method.

Youssef
Deputy CFO, Financial Reporting · Cut Board readiness in half

I built a team of 3 agents who now handle a key business process. Time dropped from 11 hours to 2.2 hours. 80% reduction in friction.

Camilo Romero
Director of Operations & Entrepreneur · 3-agent marketing team

I'm no longer guessing which AI tool to use. I have a system for evaluating them. Built automated research pipelines that run on their own.

Global Market Intelligence Manager, CPM
FAQ

Before you ask.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, email [email protected].

How much time does this actually take?
About 12 hours per week. That's a 2-hour live session on Tuesday, a 45-minute mentor 1:1, one written exercise, and reading. Part-time by design. Most participants do this alongside a full-time role.
What tools will we use?
The bootcamp is tool-agnostic. We teach systems, not buttons. You'll work with whatever stack fits your context (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open-source). The method works regardless of which model you use.
I'm not technical. Can I do this?
Yes. The bootcamp is designed for operators, not developers. If you can write a document and think through a process, you have what you need. We use tools like n8n and APIs, but you won't write code.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You also have a mentor 1:1 the same week. Missing one session won't break the flow.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. We issue proper invoices, work with procurement, and can provide proposal documents for your manager or L&D team. Email [email protected] with subject "Reimbursement."
AI changes every week. Won't this be outdated?
No. We teach a system for thinking, not a list of tools. The verification methodology, the scoping discipline, the governance layer: these survive every model release. The syllabus is versioned and updated each cohort.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A verified credential upon completion of your capstone project, signed by your three mentors. Verifiable on our site. But the real proof is the system you shipped.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. After that, no refund. We're confident you'll stay.
